We're so glad you found your way to THEKI.
This page is all about your journey with THEKI. THEKI 1 serves as the foundation for all courses. Why? Because this is where you learn the basics—especially the direct, simple, and effective method you’ll need for all the courses that build on it.
We offer almost all of our seminars as high-quality online seminars. We have a dedicated seminar platform and the THEKI app for this purpose.
Our in-person seminars are held at various locations in Germany and South Africa (Cape Town).
Our home base is on Lake Constance—we hold most of our seminars at Hohenfels Castle. Due to the larger number of participants, the seminars with Sandra take place in the beautiful Kursaal in Überlingen—as well as in Cape Town.

Seminar Dates
Here you'll find all the dates for our in-person seminars. Seminars not listed here are held online only. You can book our online seminars at any time, regardless of the date.
The in-person seminars take place in southern Germany at Hohenfels Castle or at the Bad Hotel (Kursaal) in Überlingen. If desired, you can stay overnight at the castle (not included in the seminar price; please book this separately). The seminars in eastern Germany take place at Gut Kahnsdorf in Neukieritzsch (near Leipzig). The Cape Town seminars take place in Noordhoek. You can find more information about the Cape Town seminars here. All in-person seminars include meals.

After you register, you’ll receive a written booking confirmation via email within 1–3 business days, containing all the important information about your THEKI seminar—including times, parking information, meal options, accommodation recommendations, terms and conditions, and other organizational details.
