What is the general structure of an online seminar?
Immediately after purchase and payment, the seminar will be available to you for the specified period. This means you can get started right away and, most importantly, decide for yourself when to work on it. It’s best to purchase the seminar in the morning on the day you want to start. That way, you’ll have the longest access to it.
We’ll send you a printed copy of your manual and certificate by mail right away (on the same or the next business day). Don’t worry—you can download the manual as a PDF from the seminar area right away and get started! And the best part is that it will be available for you to refer to indefinitely, even after the seminar is over.
Once the specified time period has expired, the seminar will no longer be available to you—but don’t worry, we’ve intentionally set the time period long enough so that you can easily work through all the topics, even multiple times. It’s best to download the MP3 meditations right at the start. These meditations will also be available to you indefinitely.
Will I be the only one in the online seminar?
Even though you can choose your own time for the seminar, you’re never alone. There are many other participants working on their seminars at the same time. To connect with others, you can network through the THEKI Community (you’ll automatically gain access when you purchase the seminar). There, in addition to Sandra and the THEKI team, you’ll find several thousand “World Lights” with whom you can exchange ideas.
In addition, there are live Q&As with Sandra and her team every 14 days, where you can ask your questions—if you have any at all 
What kinds of things can THEKI help with?
THEKI teaches you to take responsibility for your own life. At the same time, it is a method that opens up countless possibilities for you while still leaving you plenty of room for your own creativity and inner guidance.
It is a conscious creative process through which you can reshape yourself and your reality.
There is no law that says healing has to be painful or a long process. The time is NOW. Everyone can shed the limiting layers of their being and begin to create the life they truly want to live—consciously, freely, and in their full power.

How deep you go, how much you reveal, and how far back you remember—that’s entirely up to you.
Do I have to speak in front of the group during the live seminar?
Anyone can, but no one has to. You’re completely free to be outgoing or introverted, and we’ll accept you just the way you are. Just be yourself and feel at home with us.
