We provide good-quality, purified water—and, depending on the seminar location, energized water as well.

A vegetarian lunch is provided, preferably organic. Tea, fruit, and cookies are available during the morning and afternoon breaks.

If you have any allergies or food intolerances, please let the team at the respective seminar location know a few days before the seminar begins.

All you need to bring is a good attitude.

For the laying-on-of-hands seminar, however, we recommend that you bring slippers and socks—even in the summer—since we’ll also be working on your feet during the seminar.

We start every morning at 10:00 a.m. There is a short break for coffee, tea, and restroom use both in the morning and in the afternoon.

The lunch break is scheduled for around 1:00 p.m., and the seminar is scheduled to end around 5:30 p.m. On Sundays, the seminar ends a little earlier, around 4:00 p.m.

Please note that the times may vary slightly depending on the number of participants, the seminar location, questions, and the schedule. Therefore, please allow plenty of time, especially if you are traveling by bus or train.

You will receive our bank account information with your seminar confirmation.

Important: The full amount must be received in our account no later than 3 business days before the seminar begins, as our accounting department is not staffed daily and we are therefore unable to check for incoming payments on an ongoing basis.

All invoices are issued after the seminar and then sent via email as PDF files.

The following maximum participant limits currently apply to in-person seminars:

• Hohenfels Castle: 76 participants
• Badhotel Überlingen (Kursaal): 300 participants

Special seminars, such as THEKI Healing by Laying on of Hands, THEKI Kids, or THEKI Teens, are held in much smaller groups.

In addition, there are always enough THEKI instructors on site to ensure personalized support and the high quality you’ve come to expect.

You are completely free to be open or more reserved—and we will accept you just as you are.

No. Aside from a few similarities, THEKI is fundamentally different from ThetaHealing.

We take a different approach, go deeper, and often work in a simpler, more direct, and faster way. That’s why it’s important to learn the THEKI fundamentals from the very beginning, since all subsequent THEKI seminars build on them.

Without THEKI 1, the subsequent seminars would automatically follow the standard ThetaHealing protocols. For this reason, other seminars or training courses cannot be credited toward this program.

Yes, the provisions apply in all cases.

We are not a mass-market event organizer; instead, we place great emphasis on personalized support, a limited number of participants, and high-quality seminars. That is why every single spot is important to us.

You can easily book your THEKI online seminar through Digistore24. Digistore24 is our product and payment provider. You will also receive your invoice from them.

Immediately after your purchase and once payment is complete, the seminar will be available to you for the specified period. This means you can start right away—or you can decide for yourself when you’d like to begin by choosing your own purchase date.

Our tip: Ideally, book your seminar in the morning of the day you want to start. That way, you’ll have the full duration available to you. With a payment method like PayPal or a credit card, you can get started right away! Bank transfers take 1–3 business days.

The printed manual and your certificate are usually mailed out the same day or the next business day. Don't worry: You can also download the manual as a PDF directly from the course and get started right away.

Once the specified period has expired, your access to the seminar will end. However, the period has been intentionally set to be generous so that you can work through all the content at your own pace.

It's best to download the MP3 meditations and the digital manual right at the start—you'll keep these permanently, in addition to the printed manual that will be mailed to you.

Even though you can choose the time for your seminar yourself, you’re never alone in the process. Many other participants are taking their seminars at the same time and are also on their own personal journeys.

You can connect with others through the THEKI Community. You can access it directly through the seminar section. There, in addition to Sandra and her team, you’ll find several thousand “World Lights” with whom you can exchange ideas and connect.

In addition, there are live Q&A sessions with Sandra and her team every 14 days. During these sessions, you'll have the chance to ask your questions—if you have any at all 🙂

Each seminar—including videos and meditations—is available to you 24/7 throughout the specified period.

Once the seminar period ends, access to the content will be discontinued. However, during the seminar, you can download all the meditations (exercises) as MP3 files and keep them permanently. Of course, you’ll also keep the original printed manual, which contains all the valuable information, and it will be mailed to you.

You have more than enough time: about seven times as much as you would have in an in-person seminar! At the same time, you enjoy complete flexibility. You can complete the seminar intensively in just a few days or spread out the material at a leisurely pace—for example, by spending about an hour a day on it.

In general, there should be very few unanswered questions, since Sandra has been compiling the most frequently asked questions for many years and has already incorporated the corresponding answers into the lessons and manuals.

If anything is unclear, please read through the material carefully again and listen to each lesson at your own pace.

In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to network with other participants in the community. There, you can not only work together to answer questions, but also share experiences and build valuable connections that extend beyond the seminar.

In addition, there is a live Q&A session with Sandra and her team every 14 days, during which they answer questions.

You can easily take the online seminar using the browser on your smartphone or tablet.

We recommend using the free THEKI app. That way, you'll have access to seminars and the community all in one convenient place—and always with you.

The THEKI 1 seminar is a prerequisite for all subsequent seminars.

Of course, the book can't replace a seminar. However, it helps you understand the material more quickly and get through the seminar with greater ease.

Therefore, it's not necessary to have read the book beforehand—but we highly recommend it.
