The 12 Dimensions | Your Light Body Process

In my seminars and books, I frequently mention the dimensions and the light body process, but I have rarely explained the dimensions and their interrelationships in detail. In fact, there are various systems and approaches, and I’d like to summarize them here in a way that’s reasonably easy for you to understand. Let’s start with the theoretical part before moving on to the practical one, which also affects you in your human existence and on your soul’s journey. With this knowledge, you can navigate your life with greater awareness and freedom, see more clearly where you are right now, and significantly influence your vibration—and thus your perception of reality. That’s what I’m all about in everything I share: uncovering more and more the realization—or rather, the remembrance—of your true, divine self, and attuning yourself to completely new, desired realities through this very freedom. So it’s never about theory; it’s always about putting it into practice in your own life. But it often makes sense to understand it more deeply so that, through all the “aha” moments, you gain the intrinsic motivation to put it into practice.

How many dimensions are there?

The idea of 12 or even 13 dimensions does not originate from classical physics, but rather from certain models in modern physics (e.g., string theory or M-theory) or from esoteric or spiritual concepts. To avoid confusion, it is important to distinguish between scientific theory and spiritual interpretations.

The 4 Dimensions of Classical Physics According to Newton and Einstein

In classical physics (Newton, Einstein), there are:

3 spatial dimensions: length, width, height

1 Time Dimension: Time

Total: 4 dimensions ( space-time)

11 Dimensions According to String Theory & M-Theory

In some versions of string theory or M-theory, it is assumed that there are more than 4 dimensions:

String Theory: Up to 10 Dimensions

M-theory: 11 dimensions

According to theory, these additional dimensions are“rolled up” or compactified, which is why we do not perceive them in everyday life.

So in physics, people generally don't talk about 13 dimensions. 11 is the maximum in established theories.

12 Dimensions According to Burkart Heim

However, the German physicist Burkart Heim believed that only a multidimensional space-time model could account for all the fundamental forces of nature (gravity, electromagnetism, the strong and weak nuclear forces) and phenomena such as consciousness or near-death experiences.

Heim's theory is extremely complex and has never been fully accepted by the mainstream. Nevertheless, some physicists (e.g., Illobrand von Ludwiger) found it fascinating and attempted to develop it further.

The theory is interdisciplinary; it combines natural science, metaphysics, and consciousness research and thus goes far beyond conventional models.

Spiritual | Esoteric: The 13 Dimensions

In metaphysical concepts and spiritual or esoteric teachings, 13 dimensions are usually described as levels of consciousness or existence. These have less to do with space and time in the physical sense and more to do with:

States of consciousness

Energy Levels

Spiritual Levels

Multidimensional Self

The spiritual 13-dimensional model describes different levels of consciousness, existence, and energy that one may pass through or experience during the process of development—from the densest material level all the way to the Source of all being.

These dimensions are often described as a journey of ascension or a return to unity —that is, from separation (3D) back to the Source (13D).

Relationship Between Dimensions and Levels of the Light Body

So, now we come to the part I’m really getting at, because if you’re familiar with my books *INVOLUTION* and *SEELENKRAFT*—and generally with my podcasts—then you know that I’m deeply engaged with the multidimensional nature of us as awakening human beings, and that THEKI can play an important role in liberating us in this regard. In the book *The Light Body Process*, author Tashira Tashi-Ren describes this transformation through 12 light body levels (I’d already mentioned this in my book *INVOLUTION*).

It is an inner journey of 12 stages in which DNA, chakras, cells, emotions, and belief systems undergo changes—much like what I explain in my seminars and books.

It’s interesting that we can link the 12 levels of the light body to the classical dimensional planes, which takes us from theory to practice and allows us to work with this concept wonderfully. I’ll explain the levels to you very briefly here, because I realize that you really need to sit down and read about them to truly understand them:

Levels 1–3: 3D: physical, but focused on the transition from 3D to higher realms—one should not linger here. Here, one often feels density, heaviness, control, fear, and a purely material consciousness that we are meant to transcend.

Stages 4–6: Transition 4/5D: mental and emotional levels—working through karma, connecting with the Higher Self, opening the heart, first experiences of oneness, intense dreams, emotions, shadow work, questioning & realization, activation of the clair-senses, … a great many people who listen to such podcasts are currently going through this transition.

Levels 7–9: 5-7D: Significant increase in vibration, stabilization within the light body, development of the multidimensional self, stabilization within the light body, creator consciousness, activation of the soul plan, deep sense of love, connectedness, and peace. Perhaps you can already see from this summary that 5D, 6D, and 7D can be attained practically simultaneously, because they are all very intertwined and there is little difference between them. Many people have already reached 5–7D.

There's another big leap to the next levels:

Levels 10–12: 8-12D: At various levels of divine consciousness, one’s own will dissolves more and more into the essence of oneness. Transformation into the divine self; the light body is fully activated; return to the Original Source; life in oneness.

The number 13 is beyond the developmental stages

The description of the levels of the light body ends with the 12th level, just as the physically formulated concepts of dimensions end at 12 dimensions at the latest.

The 13th dimension could be understood as that which lies beyond polarity and beyond the individual self—pure BEING, the Source, divine consciousness.

This state is no longer oriented toward development—it is no longer about returning to the Source—but is rather the Pure Consciousness of the Source.

Incidentally, we find the number 12 in many significant variations, always as 12 main components; the number 13 is always the All-One, which unites the 12 qualities within itself, e.g.,

Jesus and the 12 Apostles

The 12 zodiac signs (orbiting the Sun, 13)

The 12 months, which actually consist of 13 lunar months

The 12 chakras (according to the chakra doctrine that I support and teach: 13 is the source)

The 12 Primordial Qualities | Ancient Mysteries

etc.

Meditation: “The 12 (13) Levels of the Light Body”

All of that was very theoretical, and often it’s hard to put into words. Or to put it another way: Experience always trumps knowledge!

That’s why I’d like to invite you to join me now in my meditation, “Journey Through the 13 Levels of the Light Body.” This way, you can experience the dimensions and your own corresponding levels of the light body for yourself. In the process, you’ll clearly sense what’s already familiar to you and where you currently stand. Furthermore, you’ll get a glimpse into the levels you may not have fully integrated yet—but which are always part of your being—because, ultimately, your soul is always at home in all dimensions. For you, it’s simply a matter of remembering again and accepting all the upgrades that are available to you. In this way, more active genetics (DNA) are gradually unlocked—something I’ve often spoken and written about, and which is a major part of my books and seminars.

Become what you have always been: a multidimensional, divine being who has merely limited their consciousness to certain levels of experience, but who can expand it again at any time.

From heart to heart,

Sandra
