Where am I from?
Who am I really?
Which path should I take, and above all, how do I recognize that path?
Why are certain people by my side?
Which decision will take me in the direction I want?
Am I even allowed to intervene, or am I putting myself above God's plan by doing so?
Do these questions sound familiar to you? Or are you one of those people who knew what they wanted to be even as a child, and who still live fully in touch with their SOUL POWER today? Do you understand the bigger picture of your existence, or do you have more questions than answers within yourself?
Whatever the case may be, I can tell from the many questions on this topic that there’s still a lot of confusion here. Let me say this right off the bat: In a podcast, it’s practically impossible to cover the depth and variety of possibilities. I’ve already done several on this topic, each addressing specific issues—feel free to check out the links at the end of the video or below it:
In addition, there’s my book *SEELENKRAFT* and the intensive seminar of the same name, where we explore not only these topics but also anything else that raises questions about the soul. But I’d like to touch on a few specific aspects here and start with this question: If we have a soul plan, what about our free will?
Between Incarnations: The Cinema of the Soul
At this point, I must assume a certain level of depth on your part—that is, I assume you are already aware that you chose this incarnation on a soul level in order to have certain experiences, to refine yourself, and to purify yourself.
This plan isn’t set in stone, but rather a kind of guiding thread that gently leads you back again and again to your main path—your golden path of life. If you stay on this main path, you’ll benefit from a powerful tailwind. Your spiritual team can then work effectively with you, arranging meetings, causing books to fall right into your lap, and creating situations that serve you and support your growth. Soulmates are easy for you to recognize, and together you can discover—or even know immediately—what you agreed to do here in this incarnation. Your “soul radio” is tuned in well, and you can perceive and understand your soul’s messages, allowing yourself to be gently guided in this way. Your heart compass is active, and you have a well-functioning “truth indicator.”
Of course, you’re always free to choose differently and to stray from your main path to the left or right, venturing down side streets. But you’ll notice that in these side streets, you have less and less energy at your disposal and things work out less and less, because your soul only supports these “detours” to a limited extent. Your soul will use certain corrective measures to gently remind you time and again that you’re not quite on the right path right now. In short, these reminders are meant to make you realize somehow that this isn’t quite the right path. Perhaps you’ll get sick, or you’ll constantly have problems with your friends, at work, or even in your relationship. Maybe there will be accidents or similar events. You may have strayed so far from your main path that your soul can barely reach you anymore. In such cases, there are also instances where the soul decides it would rather discarnate now than continue on here pointlessly.
I could go on about this forever, but I’ve actually made a podcast on this topic too : “When Souls Ex-Carnate” (sorry for all the additional recommendations, but these are really deep topics, and not everything fits into a single podcast, so I’m consciously leaving it up to you to seek out more information if you’re interested. :-))
If you don't fulfill your soul's purpose
There are many variations, but I'd like to focus on explaining two of them:
The first is that you become deeply entangled in the matrix of fear and grow increasingly trapped within it, to the point where you can no longer fulfill your soul’s purpose. You may experience a great deal of unnecessary suffering, and your soul may eventually leave this body prematurely because it realizes it can no longer fulfill the purpose for which it came here.
The second is that you’ll make such rapid progress that you’ll even be able to receive new “downloads,” choose more tasks or experiences, or even merge parallel incarnations. I’d like to elaborate on that briefly:
It is not uncommon for there to be parallel incarnations of you—that is, for your Higher Self to have incarnated in multiple parts. To give a very simple example: Perhaps one part chose to experience a career and prosperity, but to live without a family. And another part chose the experience of having a wonderful family, but living in financial scarcity. Both have chosen these experiences in order to grow through them, to redefine their true inner values, and to break through certain self-imposed limitations (such as a lack of money, a lack of love, etc.). If both parts are able to achieve this simultaneously, then these paths can be merged, and BOTH can be lived out in a single incarnation—that is, abundance in every respect.
I know that this explanation might be very challenging for your linear mind, because we think in terms of time and space and, within that framework, cannot imagine how this could happen. But space-time is, after all, a self-contained space that is real only in 3/4D (I’ve already explained these dimensions in other podcasts, e.g., in “The Multidimensionality of Time”), and beyond that, different laws apply. Strictly speaking, everything is NOW, and if everything is NOW, then—with space-time suspended—everything is also HERE. But we can discuss that another time.
But now let's turn to the question of exactly where your free will comes into play.
Free will—yes or no?
Strictly speaking, it has always been and still is part of the game, but we perceive it very differently depending on our level of vibration.
So let’s briefly summarize once again: Before this incarnation, you created a soul plan together with your closest soulmates—that is, your entire spiritual team. Ideally, you’ll live out that plan to the fullest. But soul plans aren’t binding! No one will force you to stick to a plan if you choose to do something differently. Since we choose these plans ourselves, once we reach a certain level of consciousness, we can also make new choices.
That is why the concept of free will is often so difficult to understand—because it depends largely on the level from which we view it. I will describe it using the 3D, 4D, and 5D levels as examples:
In 3D, we seem to have no free will. We do make choices here and there, but they stem from the ego, and we appear to succumb to our fate. Since our view into the higher planes is severely limited, we cannot clearly distinguish between light and darkness and thus cannot protect ourselves from the illusions, abuse, and external control of the fear matrix. We more or less stumble through certain experiences that we have indeed set for ourselves, but which we do not understand within this dense vibration. This may lead us to unconsciously surrender our will—indeed, to outright “sell” it—by submitting to certain things, such as material possessions, success, fame, or recognition. The fear matrix, with all its illusions, makes this seem desirable to us, and as a result, parts of our own soul can appear to act like destructive entities—until our consciousness is able to perceive 4D as well. Then we understand certain things, see the bigger picture, and can make new choices.
In 4D, we recognize what is destructive because the light of awakening is at work within us, thereby revealing all the dark, unredeemed parts of ourselves. While this does not yet resolve them, this clarity also brings with it the need to look at and understand what is unredeemed within us in order to redeem it once and for all. In this way, we vibrate at an ever-finer frequency, and it becomes clear to us that there is no such thing as fate—rather, we ourselves have a decisive influence. In 3D, we chose things that we can now change again—even across generations and incarnations—and we are utilizing our creative power more and more.
This new freedom can also hold us back at times, because it may seem as though we are interfering with God’s plan—and perhaps we have no right to do so.
But why would the Divine give us free will if we’re not allowed to use it?
As we come to understand how everything is connected and explore our own plans and experiences more and more deeply, we come to realize more and more that our true will is the divine will. And that the challenge has always been to transcend the will of the ego, free ourselves from worldly desires, and follow the will of our soul.
I mention the 5D plane here only for the sake of completeness, because at this vibrational level, we can no longer avoid living out our soul’s plan to the fullest; in this state of consciousness, we have long since left behind the old limitations, dogmas, and even doubts.
As I always say: Everything is vibration, and that’s why the most important thing on this journey is to be mindful of that and gradually free ourselves from low-vibration energy. No matter what the issue is.
Let's summarize once again:
So there are different levels of our free will within the soul’s plan. There is the unredeemed level, where we stumble through challenges as if by fate. There are more awakened levels, in which we dissolve karma and thereby initiate a realignment of our path—changing our course, so to speak. There are even developments so unexpectedly rapid that parallel incarnations can be merged to make more soul energy available. And there are premature endings for a wide variety of reasons. An experience can also be spread out over several incarnations—there is no time limit here, no pressure. There is only the soul’s desire for experience. After all, who would want to talk at the end about how long it took—in a timeless space?
So, what do you think—does this challenge your mind? For most people, it’s not that easy to think across time, but that’s precisely one of the great qualities of our timeline, as I explained in the podcast “Time and Its Multidimensional Possibilities,” and I’ll go into more detail on this topic later.
In 3D, you think you have free will, but that's just your ego's will.
In 4D, you begin to question your free will,
Apply it at a higher level, and you'll start to make choices.
In 5D, you finally realize that it was never your own will,
but always the divine one.

Soul Radio and Soul Navigator | The Gift of Silence
Still, you might be wondering why you chose this particular family, this place to live, and this story. No one on the outside can answer that for you. There’s only one way to find those answers: turn your soul’s radio back on and crank it up to full volume.
This inner knowledge can be rediscovered—that is, brought to light. This happens through introspection, through communication with our soul. Silence enables us to perceive this. For our soul loves to communicate with us—and does so frequently. The question is whether we understand and accept it. It is truly essential to make peace with silence and to find a deep sense of home within it. People who can’t cope with silence—who always need music, podcasts, or whatever else—are used to information “from the outside.” But from silence come your own soul’s vibrations, arising entirely from within. And there’s another difference: Your soul sends you information in a vibration all its own. It doesn’t yell at you; it has its own way of doing things. Getting to know this way attunes you to hearing it without a doubt in every situation in life—and to accepting it as well. The ego, too, tends to shout, just like the news, movies, and so on. Your soul has its very own melody. It is quiet and yet so infinitely powerful when you connect with it.
The soul’s clearest and simplest messages appear as images, daydreams, and longings. What we truly want—our deepest longing, our heart’s truest desire—is something we can achieve, because we were born with the potential to do so.
You can feel it in your heart: Does it bring you joy? Or does it feel heavy? Does your heart open up at the mere thought of it? Or does it give you an unpleasant twinge? Is this what makes you jump out of bed in the morning? What you want to shout out to the world? (Call = Calling)
Even if it sometimes seems like you can’t do it—or if your ego tries to convince you of that (“You need money for that, you’re too old, you don’t speak the language…”)—you can trust your soul’s plan. Even if others have already tried and failed: If it’s anchored in your soul’s plan, you’ll succeed too. So don’t look to others; don’t look outward. No one knows your soul’s plan, so many people—mostly unintentionally—will give you bad advice. They can’t help it, simply because they don’t know any better. But if you feel it deep inside, then you should turn up your soul’s radio as loud as possible and dance only to that music.
Often, however, our soul’s plan is not communicated to us directly; instead, the path to understanding is paved with one or more learning tasks that we must master in order to attain the necessary maturity and vibration, at which point we will be ready to take on the next phase of our soul’s mission. For example, if someone had told me back in my childhood what I would do for a living later on—that I would, for instance, speak in front of thousands of people every year—my system might have rebelled and found a way to avoid it. Because back then, I didn’t yet have the maturity and self-confidence needed for that.
There isn't always just one answer to the question of your soul's purpose; rather, there is often incredibly wise guidance throughout your life to prepare you and get you ready for what you came here to do.
Trust your soul's path.
Trust in the bigger picture.
Trust those who walk by your side.
Trust the longings of your heart.
Trust your inner guidance.
SANDRA WEBER
In everyday life, it’s important to take time to be still again and again so you can communicate with your soul—that is, to actively maintain that connection and receive the constant messages and guidance. If we’re constantly preoccupied with something else, we keep our ego active, and the soul’s power can’t truly break through the layers. Then it may seem more important to us to get this or that done right now or to hold out until day X, rather than simply letting go and trusting our inner guidance.
When your connection is right, you’re centered in your heart. That’s your soul’s compass, guiding you through life—loving, powerful, and wise. As you increasingly choose to live from the heart, it will become easier and easier for you to spontaneously follow your soul’s compass and trust it completely, regardless of whether your mind is keeping up or not.
The Mind in the Service of the Soul
It doesn’t matter whether you can explain things with your mind. In this regard, there’s something very important you should take to heart: Your mind should always be at the service of your soul—never the other way around. It can’t make decisions because it doesn’t know the full scope of your soul’s plan. It can’t (yet) understand it in a multidimensional way. But it is the perfect companion for material, earthly reality. This means that, first and foremost, your soul’s radio must be tuned in. Then, once you know where you’re headed, your logically oriented, perfectly structured mind can take all the necessary steps—drawing up a plan, etc.—to ideally carry out what your soul chooses. So the soul and the mind absolutely must work together—but in the right combination and order!
With every decision, you can briefly focus on your heart and ask: Will this be easy or hard? Do you feel a positive pull, an inner “yes”—or not so much? That is the beginning of your guidance. Follow it, and it will grow stronger, clearer, and brighter.
The more you let your soul’s compass guide you, the more silent you become outwardly. You no longer seek advice from others because you know that you can find all the answers, solutions, and paths within yourself. There may be more and more people who can’t quite understand you anymore; perhaps at times you won’t even understand yourself until your mind has settled back into its natural role. Perhaps you’ll explain less and smile more. And there’s something blissful about that smile—something wise, knowing, and eternal. It has the power to inspire others. Because even if their minds don’t understand you, their hearts can sense that unique frequency that a genuine person radiates.
Do you have the will and the courage to be that kind of person?
I was a seeker, and I still am,
but I've stopped asking the books and the stars,
and began to listen to the teachings of my soul.
